“Cheapest option but not recomendable”

I really appreciate them that they have a very cheap bus service but i am travelling with them everyweekened from last 2 months. I really want to share my experiences.
1. No clean toilets at all. Toilets are not clean at all. Lot of other people have complained it but i don't think they are trying to work on it.
2. Mobile charging. That was the only thing which they i prefered over national express but in my 7 journeys it was only once when it was working. When i spoke to them the driver didn't even spoke politely. He just said not promised.
What that means i didn't even got that. You have written it on your website.
3. Rude staff. Never ever try to speak to them, you will feel bad after it. I had tried few times but everytime i felt the same. I am traveling from london to aberdeen almost everyweekend and don't know what is wrong with them but they don't seems happy with their job or something like it. Once i saw a guy coming out of the driver seat and i thought let us speak to mobile charging to him. I just asked, are you the driver ?
Guess what, he just said no and went out of bus. I was so shocked but what can be done ?
4. Megabus gold. Luckily charger works in it but no light can be operated by you in this. They will be on when driver wants and will be off when he wants. They say refreshment on the bus but you will not get any water or tea on it. There is a hot water machine near wash basin but u will never find all things there. Seems they do it delibreatly so that no on uses them. If coffee is there and then u will not find sugar or milk. Twice there were no cup there. What is the use of keeeping coffee sachet when u don't have cups there.
I know i am also using it and should not but i just keep on booking it in a useless hope that might be this time charger will work.
National express is much better but they don't have charging point it. If they start this i will be there regular customer.
It is a 13 hour journey so u need some timepass and mobile holds that position in my life but sadly i am always disappointed.
