“great customer service”

We have used Alpha rooms before, however for this year we did book thomson package as it came outcheaper. But then my mother in law wanted to come. Thompson coukdnt add her to the booking, so we used Alpha. Same flight same hotel different transfers.
Alll seemed fine until Thomson cancelled our fkights from bournemouth to cardiff then to gatwick.

I had to deal with two companies to make sure we all flew from same airport at the same tkme and that tbehotel was all in sync.

Dealing with 2 compsnies allowed me to really compare customer service. ALPHA ROOMS WON HANDS DOWN.

In all instances of speaking to your guys they where helpful, friendly and efficient.

We will be using your company for that reason, and I have no hesitation on recomending Alpha Rooms.
