The order didn't arrive after 2 weeks of waiting. I emailed and called 3 times and got no reply. I finally got a call on Sunday evening, 3 weeks later, promising me a call back to resolve the non-receipt of the item. I wasn't contacted until I emailed and called them repeatedly. They sent me half the order after a month of the initial order. I wasn't notified that it would be only half the order otherwise i would have cancelled as I was paying £6 delivery for a £7 item. I had to email them again to ask them to refund the difference between what they had sent and what the initial order was.
Overall, awful service. And their worker Zubair who doesn't understand the meaning of customer service can go to hell!
