“booking for hotel in sydney”

I booked a room at the Sofitel, I booked a double room which included breakfast. We were given a twin room and were asked to pay for breakfast! Luckily I had my Voucher with me so these things were rectified but communication seemed to be a problem. In the end we had a nice stay.
