On the one hand i would advise everyone to exercise a degree of caution. I had a quite a nervous wait to see if my goods would actually arrive. I was very relieved when i was notified by DHL that a package was on the way.
The company is not exactly legit. The presence in London is just a PO box. Likewise the people you speak to on the phone (despite the London number) are American. But its impossible to sell these goods at the prices they do operating in the UK. I couldn't afford this camera and the 24-105mm lens over here with the tax and the extra rip off price they add on top of what we buy in the UK. So I'm quite happy. It is a grey import. So the warranty isn't valid. But I'm fairly confident in the quality of Canons products. Which is why I've taken the risk.
They add a US to UK plug adapter to the package so you can connect the charger. Its not great. But its enough to get started.
A heads up. They will call you up before the finish processing your order and try to sell you more accessories. The 8 hour battery they want to sell you isn't a genuine canon is a generic battery. It seems OK. But I've had other cheap knock offs of canon batteries that have leaked or swollen up before. So people should be aware.
I would recommend them to a friend if they needed to save some money.
