“Customer service or lack of”

Firstly I would just like to say I have been on two holidays with Tropical Sky, the first was good, the second was an absolute nightmare. I believe rating a company on how good there holiday is one thing but even more importantly is there customer support after the holiday when a problem arises. From my personal experience Tropical Sky do not give a damn even with me be a returning customer. Before booking a holiday ask yourself if something goes wrong with the holiday that is totally their fault how hard do you want to fight as you will have to with this company and the zero lack of care. Avoid would be my answer.
