“Great Product, Delivery takes a long time”

I love the garments you provide. They're great quality and I'm especially happy that they're machine washable. The delivery takes quite some time. I ordered my most recent order on 25 August and received it on 18 September. I do expect at least two weeks for delivery from Europe, three and a half weeks its enough to start me worrying about the parcel's location. You have already taken my money, so I would have to go through another process to get a refund if my parcel didn't arrive. Perhaps you would be better to set that expectation regarding delivery to Australia to relieve any concerns we might have about potential lost parcels.
