“Very unprofessional!”

I wanted to rent a property in Leytonstone, London, with Bairstow EVes and a I was very disappointed. After setting a viewing they called me to cancel it because nobody was in the office so we agreed to do it another day, they said they would call me, well they never did, so I started chasing them on the phone for 3days when finally someone bothered to set another viewing, I received a confirmation of viewing text. When I reached to the property no agent was there, I tried to call Bairstow Eves Leyton, cause that's the branch I'm talking about and no one answered the phone. I waited in front of the house for ten min, with my 7 months old baby and called them again, this time someone answered and said there is no one at their letting dep., they are gone and will be back in one hour. Nobody called or texted me, to apologise. Oh, and it was a different house than the one in the pictures, the exterior looked totally different. So, my advice for future tenants is to avoid them, they are unprofessional.
