“Absolutely great”

We've been members for about 2yrs. We now no longer own a car. Have read all of the above negative comments about poor customer service and my experience is very different. Always courteous and professional and sympathetic, even when my mistakes have led to double bookings, late returns, etc. I strongly recommend Economybookings to all.
