I bought a Sevylor Colorado Premium, very quick delivery, and on the day promised. Unfortunately there was a problem with the valve, so I emailed them, I used their premium rate help line, and I used the "Contact Us" facility on their website. All ignored. I have since contacted the manufacturer and they have been brilliant. So - if you think you may need after sales support, don't go to Simply Inflatable!
