“Terrible Customer Service”

Paid extra money to have my order get here for a bridal shower and they order is 4 days late and counting. Needless to say that it won't be getting here on time for the shower. I was refunded my money but never informed of why my package was so late, and still have no idea where my package is or when it will arrive. I have sent numerous emails but no one has been able to track it. This is very disappointing because I had previously heard good things about Asos's and their shipping. I would like to get in contact with a human over the phone/at least get the name of the shipping courier they use in the US so I can get to the bottom of where exactly my package is but no one will return me emails. Will not order anything from here again when I need it for an upcoming date. Very let down.
