“Pending payments turned to debit=no holiday booked”

Do not use Expedia.Tried to book a holiday but website failed told to try again.Checked for no confirmation email and tried again,same happened.Still no confirmation so tried again next day-card declined.Rang them up expedia tried again told to contact credit card company.Did this and Expedia had tried to take payment 4 times.My friend ended up booking and paying by phone.they turned one of my attempted payments into a debit and i have been trying to get payment back for 10 weeks.Over 50 emails,calls and 3 letters and still waiting.DO NOT USE EXPEDIA
