I made a claim to Pier Insurance because my phone stopped working. It was accepted and after paying 50€ they confirmed that they were gonna send me a "refresh" handset.
3-5 working days they told me, NOT TRUE: I didn't receive after 5 days. I got in touch again, "by next Wednesday the latest", Well, I didn't receive the handset by next Wednesday.
I asked them few times for the tracking number of the parcel, and they wouldn't give it to me.
I got in touch again with them asking where the phone was? well it was send with an incomplete address. Glad I found it out because they were gonna sent it back to the sender!
Don't use Pier Insurance!! BAD company and BAD customer service!
