“Terrible Customer Service”

On 19th August 2013 I ordered 2 deck chair slings from Habitat. Payment was taken and I received notification that they would be delivered in 3 to 5 days.Two weeks later nothing had turned up and I rang to be told that they would be on their way - I have just rang today (4 weeks after placing order), eventually to be told that the items were out of stock and I would not be receiving them at all! All they could offer was a refund and a 20% discount off my next order - as if!!!!
