Terrible Customer service, complete disregard for passengers' concerns. Felt like cattle.
I flew from Geneva to Nice on the morning flight. The plane was late by over 3 hours because they were completely disorganized (missing crew person). We were told it was because the plane was broken. It was a lie. I had to buy a new plane ticket for my connecting flight. It cost me over 200 euros. Easyjet doesn't care and will not refund me a cent. Because 1 shmuck in the Easyjet crew did not wake up on time, a dozen of passengers had to buy new plane tickets.
Every single time i have flown easyjet i have had problems. This was my last time on their planes. It's not Worth it.
