“Very disapointed”

This was a present for my son and daughter in-law to have some nice photos of there new born baby. The order arrived after quite some time with only part of an order completed, no covering letter to "advise balance will follow soon". After trying to call them with no success, we sent an email and no reply. However after several weeks we have yesterday received email advices rest of the order is to follow. No explanation as to why such a delay very poor customer services, and this may have only happended as I contacted Groupon to complain about the service.
