I bought a batch of toilet roll from a groupon deal, not the most important deal of my life but annoyingly i bought it on my phone and didnt realise that it auto sends to the account address. I moved form there a year ago. Of course this is my error and i contacted Ebeez straight away as instructed by Groupon, no reply, i tried to call and got no answer and then in the end sent a chaser email which was finally replied to 4 days later, it said nothing they can do read the terms and conditions. I find this to be very rude and not true after speaking with Yodel they said it would just need to be changed by Ebeez, i explained this was not possible and asked for the item to be held at their centre and ill pick it up. annoyingly this didnt even happen so now the item has been delivered to the address apparently signed for by me and im struggling to get it.

like i said i know the original error was on my part, but politeness counts and seeing that the item wasnt sent for days after the order went through it could have been changed. ah well i guess the order is gone and after reading some of the other reviews i will just avoid this company again. I have also of course no updated my address
