“great travel company, but terrible hotel”

great travel company, booked at a 3 star hotel, pictures were very misleading, the belfort hotel was really bad, old, smelly, dirty rooms, housekeeping was awful,

the staff at a1 travel have been very helpful at assisting me with my complaint
