“Damaged in transit :-(”

I typically have a good experience with FP on comic book orders...when they put an extra backing board in their shipment. This one did not have it and subsequently the item I purchased has a disfiguring crease on the spine where the mail service bent the package. I expect "bendage" to a certain degree, but this was disappointing and could have been prevented.
