I bought one of these, and I burnt my hand on it, I contacted amazon and they just passed the book as per usual, I contacted the seller and they got me to send it back and then they sent me another, I used it once and it started to leak, so I sent it back again and they replaced it again.

This time it arrived broken the clear case for the water was smashed so I sent it back but this time the seller said he hadn't received it back and I wasn't getting a refund until he did although I had proof it had been signed for and delivered.

its no going through amazon claims but I will never buy one of these again there dangerous and shouldn't be sold in this country, I have now got a steam mop from b&q it works fine and I know I wont be messed about if anything does happen with it.
