“Selling items not in stock”

Tried to buy swimming costume from them. They took my money, promised 3-5 working day delivery, then postponed this another 3-5 days. After 3 weeks I contacted them. They replied after 3 days and a further email from me. and they simply cancelled the the order. How long would I have waited until they had contacted me?

When I asked them for an explanation, they blamed their supplier and gave no apology for leaving me waiting so long or not getting in touch.

The only redeeming feature is that refunded my money quickly.

And would you believe that the item is still shown as available on their website.

I will never trade with them again.
