“Superb ! Straight talking dealer”

Just purchased a VW CC, from this guy, gave a deposit over the phone to secure the car until I'd viewed and test drove- he said another potential buyer had already arranged to view and sorted out a part ex price. What then happened was the part ex car was not as described so the part ex never happened and I got my chance to secure the car with a deposit. I drove up to sheffield from the midlands,

I drove the car, checked it over ,test drove etc and was happy. I said I would pay for the car and collect the following weekend.

I offered my van as a part ex,he said he didn't fancy it and was just looking for a fast turnaround with his cars so they were priced to sell.

I got the train up on Saturday,taxi to the dealer then paid by debit card.piece of cake.
He was a straight talking dealer and a pleasure to deal with, didn't ask or want credit so can't comment there.
The car was valeted and washed ready for collection. Good sound advice for directions and fuel.

All round a positive experience. Would use again without a thought.
