“Go on Facebook and ask for James! ”

The title is a little unfair as I never gave the call center a chance. I went on FB and added my question. I had booked a non refundable room and I was asking to change it to fit more people so it really was not laterooms problem but James went above and beyond to help me. I have not witnessed such good customer service for a long lime. You have a gem there Laterooms!!
