My 12 months contract with the sky ended in February 2012, and I was out of contract, we moved in August 2012 so I phoned to Sky to cancel my contract but they said I don't have to cancel, just moved my old number into a new house, no one advised me that I have a new contract , never sent an email, letter, nothing. In February 2013 I found a good TalkTalk deal , I phoned Sky to cancel my contract I thought I was still out of contract !!! But they told me that I can't cancel because I still have contract to August 2013, I asked why, they told me because I moved in August 2012 and that means new 12 months contract!!!! Never again sky!! Lairs !!!
