Fairly easy to use as I am not great on the computer. The only problem was that I wanted to amend my dates to arrive a day earlier.I am not on Skype and there was no phone no. to contact you. However I sorted it by ringing the hotel direct.i have tried a few sites but find yours the easiest to use. Thanks
