“You'll need a backup.. Faulty after 1 month.”

Potentially great iron. Unfortunately became faulty after 1 month gushing out scalding hot water instead of steam. Returned it for repair but it came back to us with the same issue.

If you are convinced by the other reviews as i was please be prepared to have to buy a backup iron.

I am very unsatisfied by Philips customer service and shalln't purchase this brand again.
