“No ticket at all!!!”

The worst experience!! The flight purchased in the day of departure still was not issued!! I had to come to the airport havent know if I am going to flight or not! The aircompany has recieved the booking from lastminute but no payment, even if the amount from my account was charged! So, I had to buy another ticket directly at the company desk! Hope there wont be a problems to return the money for the service which was not realised at all!
