“Very poor service”

I have ordered from kronos av twice. The first time i did not receive any update on when my item would arrive. which ment that not only did it take a while to be shipped but then i was not in for the delivery.
second time i waited a week and heard nothing about my order. i sent Several emails and did not hear anything back. i then phoned them and they told me it would be dispatch in a week. the week passed with no delivery or any contact from them , i had to phone them again, was told the guy dealing with it was not in today but they would phone tomorrow. no body phoned. i called again and was told how very busy they are with little staff. they then told me the item had been damaged and they had sent for a new one and would be another week. another week went and NO contact NO item. i called them again. and was told that the supplier has no more in the uk. having bought on finance i was told that they finance company were ok to cancel the order even though it had passed the 15 day cool off period. and that they would take care of it and that i would receive paper work from the finance company and my deposit would be refunded from them, its now been about 15 days or more and im still waiting for confirmation or the cancelation and my deposit back.

to sum up . no communication unless you phone them, excuses such as very busy/no staff. on such pricey items i would expect way more customer service.
