“Great, only problem wasnt a problem”

Great pricing and great service, money within 5 days of starting.

Only issue was a lack of instructions about whether to post in own package or wait for a package to arrive to send the phone in. However this wasn't an issue as my phone was accepted anyway. It would be good if they said, 'If you want your money asap put your phone in a package with the label and send it off, or if not we will send you a package free of charge', this would prevent people from worrying,like myself whether their phone will be processed.

Overall great service, an I got £50 for an old sony erricson, loving my new nexus 4, which I could afford thanks to this.
