“Hotel Room”

The service you provided was good,efficient and quick.
I wonder if you do insection of rooms etc before they are put on your web site?
We stayed at the Belgravia Mews Hotel in London,a good central location, for one night.
The beds were clean and comfortable but the room can only be described as GROOTY! did not match the photos
The enterance was grooty peeling paintwork and dirty carpet which continued into the room. Also we had only one small hand towel despite asking for one more.
Still we had a good time in London
