“Good cmmunication”

After booking online we were telephoned by Hotel Direct to say that the second night at our chosen hotel was not available. The person recommended St Giles Hotel which we found to be a good alternative.
A confirmation email arrived very quickly and there were no problems with our booking at all. Maps and information was accurate.
