“Bad Manufacturing”

We Bought the Naples 3 seater standard Back Sofa & the matching 2 seater swivel chair back in January - they were delivered Mid-February.

I can't fault the staff in the Shop - they were very helpful & friendly - however I wish I had never wasted my money on these badly manufactured products!

By July The Frame of our 3 seater had snapped and we had to call SCS to send out someone - he arrived a week earlier than agreed - whilst we were away - & our friend had to let him in - therefore we did not see the damage (as it is under material) or how it was fixed - 1 Month on and it seems to be ok... But I have no faith in the longevity of this product.

Additionally the sofa is not actually very comfortable - The swivel chair feels like it going to tip backwards when you sit on it so no one ever uses it as they do not feel comfortable in it.

The cushions on the sofa keep sliding and don't seem to fit very well together - Every time we sit down, when you stand back up you have to re-arrange the seat cushions and push them back towards the back of the sofa before sitting down again! By the time you have sat to watch a film you could stand up and the cushion will be practically half off the sofa!

I would not advise anyone to purchase the Naples range. It is of such low quality & so uncomfortable that you would be better off saving your money & sitting on bean bags!
