WRITE A REVIEW

“Long time to wait”

Nearly one month on I have received an email to say my goods have been dispatched. It was not clear on the site when I ordered it would take this long, this could have been made a lot clearer. I received no email to say how long it may take. I have emailed customer service twice for updates. The first time I was told the tshirt was being dispatched that day. A week later, still nothing and after a second email received a dispatch email. Will wait to see when it arrives. Unfortunately was for a birthday present which past a couple of weeks ago. I was happy to pay the full price and postage so I had the present for the birthday but would not have done so if I knew it would take so long.. Very disappointing.
