“1st and last time I use the service”

I recently used moonpig for a floral, vase and card gift for my Aunt and have to say I am totally unimpressed with service. The vase was in pieces when it arrived. I contacted customer services who apologised and advised they couldn't send a replacement but would refund the cost of vase onto my card. My reason for using moonpig was I am in Northern Ireland and my Aunt in England and I thought the flowers and vase present was good value, however given my Aunt received the flowers and a useless vase I will now have to rectify by sending another gift. Lesson's learned should have just used another floral delivery company instead. Very disappointed.
