“Great cards, shame about the delivery dates”

I used Moonpig (Australia) for birthday cards for delivery in Australia. The cards were great, however I paid for the express delivery to make sure the cards arrived on time. (Cards were ordered on a Monday to be delivered by Thursday.)
The cards actually got to the destination over a week after the order date. Now if that was express delivery it does concern me what normal delivery times are? This situation was probably because of my own doing as i forgot to post the original cards in the UK on the correct date. However, I did post the original card (in the UK) on the same day I ordered the card from Moonpig and the card posted from the UK to Australia was quicker than the card sent internally in Australia by Moonpig.
Moonpig have been great in the past, however this has questioned my use of Moonpig in the future.
