In a nutshell:

- Purchased anniversary flowers at 2:55pm on a Saturday (cut off time is 3pm)
- Interflora called and hung up an hour later
- I called them back and after waiting 10 minutes to get through, was told that my order could not be fulfilled as the florist had decided to go home for the day
- Spent another 10 minutes calling their premium rate number fm my mobile
- Spoke to a manager and all they could offer was a £10 e-voucher so I can use them again
- This is the second time that there has been a problem with this company and they are UTTERLY USELESS
