“They milk you for every penny! ”

We have booked with Jet2 a few times & had no previous problems. But beware, they want your money & will get you to add more & more things onto your booking. We paid for our holiday then were told we should preebook our seats where we wanted to sit or we might not be together, we got the seats we wanted going but not coming back, so got the next best thing. They told us we had to pay another 10 pound to get the holiday tickets sent out aswell unless we printed them off ourselves. We tried in vain to try & print them off but were only able to print off the atol certificate & the boarding passes. I rang up twice to get help, the first lady said you just click on then print. She said we can send them out for 10 pound. We even got other people trying to help us but to no avail. Finally a nice lad was able to help, he said we very rarely have this problem but it has happened before. I told him how annoyed & stressed i was that we had tried & tried to print these tickets off ourselves. Anyway we paid 10 pound which we could have saved if this had been ammended properly & the staff were properly trained to assist loyal customers. :-(
