The keyboard is friendly, with capitals, numbers etc reasonably easy, and I'm not a natural small key hopper, and only use mobiles moderately/as needed. Phone, text, email (beware cost on pay as you go of email) and facebook all loaded and function straightforwardly. I'm sure it does a million other things, but then so does the washing machine allegedly. I have limited needs.
Worth saying that I live in a house with dismal mobile signal.
