“DO NOT USE”

Do not use vivid seats last minute, especially if you do not have a printer you can use right then. I bought my tickets an hour before the game. The houston astros do not scan tickets from the cell phone. They then directed me to their help window so I could send them my email and they print them off for me. They would not do that, they only have a deal with stub hub so couldn't help. I then called VividSeats, and pretty much said sorry about your luck. No refund, no help, no apologies. I think it's more the Houston Astros fault for being so behind in technology, however VividSeats didn't care one bit and they have now lost a customer. Never using them again, even if I do have a printer handy. -Brady Dove
