“Brilliant Service”

I have been with Diamond since 98. They have always been excellent from when i just passed my test up until now. Along the way there have been a couple of minor incidents and they have dealt with them quickly and fairly. My insurance is incredibly cheap (£300 for 2 cars) and i have always been able to get through to someone immediately. The customer service agents are always very polite on the phone and deal with the situation very quickly even if it is for a one day cover/change of driver. You can access your details online. I am surprised by the number of bad reviews but most of them seem to be with the monthly payment scheme which i have never used. I would happily recommend them.
