“Disappointed by 'best available seats'”

We went for 'best available seats' but it was impossible to see what we wre getting. A few hours later, our seats were confirmed - right at the back in the stalls. It would be good to be aware of this before we made the booking. With the exception of the (relatively few) discount offers available, the tickets cost more than buying direct from the theatres.

On the plus side, the website is easy to navigate, and it was clear what was available.
