I booked a room at The District Hotel in Washington Dc with Booking.com, it was a no fee cancelation, I canceled on the Booking.com web page weeks ago but I still got charged for 2 nights, booking.com tells me they have no record om me canceling, but I did and thee hotel said that booking.com never called them to let them know I canceled! I want my money back, this is stealing from a disabled person.
