“finding the right card for the designated person”

firstly the service and despatch are second to none, full marks.My beef is I want a card for say my brother and I have to go through,"grandad","father", "uncle". "sister". etc which is very time consuming and frustrating.I am also lost for words to enter into the card or a suitable say poem.I then go to the shop and find a card with the suitable words instead of buying from your selection.It certainly would help and be so useful if you could section say relative cards into which relative is required and also give more cards with words in them which may be a little dearer but would be a great advantage to those of us who cannot get out as often as one would like. otherwise the use of you to remind us and have their address to hand is great.
