“terrible delivery service”

I've bought a few things from topshop online and aside from the poor quality clothes - which I've now come to expect - I had no complaints. This was until my most recent order. In the past I had used their standard delivery service, and the packages came late, I didn't think much of it because most other standard delivery services i'd used had come a day later than anticipated. This time I ordered an outfit on the 21/8/13 and paid for nominated day delivery for the Friday (23/8/13) because I would be able to sign for the parcel that day. I paid for the extra delivery because the outfit was for a friends birthday present! I ordered about 9 in the morning so I can't understasnd why there was such a delay in the delivery considering I still haven't received t! Topshop don't class staurday's as working days which I am very disappointed at so I won't receive my parcel until next week! Grrr. Do not use their nominated day delivery unless you order it come a few days earlier than you actually want it, maybe then it'l turn up on the day you want it to but it will probably still be late!! Do not use their online delivery service aNd I suggest we boycott it until they get their act together and stop deceiving paying customers!!!!
