My son is very happy, the first scooter came the day after ordering it which was really fast delivery and we were very impressed, but it was faulty so phoned scates and they said they would send another one out the next day we couldn't believe it when it came. It worked fine and was just what we ordered. Great service and brilliant product. Would definitely recommend this company as they dealt with a problem so fast and efficiently.
