“Awful customer service and communication”

Had to go through Direct Line Insurance when my bike was stolen and they used this company.

Worse customer experience ever.

To name a few things that were awful;

1. they said they would deliver on the Monday between 8-6 so someone stayed home for the WHOLE day. No one came and when we called them to ask what was going on they said they had tried to call. There was no evidence of this and no voicemail, someone was in all day so would have been able to hear the phone.

2. On hold on the phone for ages, gave up quite a few times because had other stuff to be getting on with.

Don't go with them! They are AWFUL!
