“Never Received My Package”

I ordered from ASOS on August 10th and its not August 22nd and I still have not received my order. I tracked my package and it said it was delivered but I never received anything. I emailed them 2 times and never got a response. I then FB messaged them and this was what the guy said:

Me: I ordered clothes from you guys on Saturday August 10th its now August 21st and I still have not received anything. I have sent 2 emails and I have not received a response for either one. I am getting very annoyed I loved the clothes on the website but I dont think I will be shopping again after this experience. The tracking information said my package was delivered on friday the 16th yet its the 21st and still nothing! My order number is ***

Him: Hey Britney, oh no that doesn't sound good. Really sorry we haven't got back to you yet, we're super busy with our summer sale at the moment. I've double checked and it looks like your parcel was delivered on 16th August 2013. As you're unable to locate it, it's worth checking any safe places around your property, checking with your neighbours and also checking at your local post office. Be sure to let us know how you get on, ASOS

Me what do you mean check around my property? It was never delivered packages get put on the front door
This shouldnt be my responsibility you guys are suppose to keep track of your orders and figure out what went wrong with my package

There is also no phone # to speak to somebody over the phone. ASOS has to worst customer service! I want a refund on my clothes
