I had taken out the policy and sadly enough I lost my phone the same day, i read there terms and conditions and done everything as advised. I then received a form couple of days later and returned the following day with everything they asked for. After about 3 days I was then asked to send an original proof of purchase even though I did sent a copy with the application form. I was then asked to provide proof of usage and the last usage from IMEI, sent that. Funnily enough they sent me an email asking me to verify myself even though it had a proof of usage attached which had all my details including my name and address etc. I then rang them on three different occasion I was told they looking into it. I then rang again on Monday (19/8/2013) promised to hear from them by Tuesday before closing time. Still no email I then rang again this morning and they said sorry but your claim has been DECLINED because I lost my phone in the evening and my last usage was at 14:30pm that particular day. I have got three contracts so I use all my phones just because I had no usage on the phone doesn't mean the phone wasn't with me.

Please do not review this company till you actually experience their services. I know buying a policy from them is really straightforward and immediate cover is always useful but whats the point of having a cover when they always looking for an excuse not to replace your handset when lost.. So please BEWARE do not be mislead like me.
