After frustrating correspondence with ASOS, the have sternly refused to send the correct style of jeans that I paid for.

They sent a replacement, which was wrong. They said they won't be able to send the correct jeans out until I send them back at my own time expense. They have refused to send me reply paid postage slips which are more convenient for me.

I just want the jeans i have paid for but they will not send it out without me investing more time into this nuisance.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Customer service is rubbish. They will send you generic BS responses like the response they have posted on all bad reviews here.
