“delivery service is unbelievably atrocious!”

I need a cream to clear skin and I've never ordered anything from holland & barret, seeing that they're all about natural products, I thought I'll start purchasing their products. 3-5 working days they told me it would take. It has been 21 days and I haven't yet received my order. This service is despicable and after reading some of the other reviews, I told all my friends to never buy anything from them. Seriously, how can you expect to sell products to people if you can't keep track of your deliveries? What you getting paid for, taking my money & messing about with my orders? Unbelievable.
